Hi, I'm Glenn whilst I have trained it Martail arts for most of my life what I concentrate at is Japanese ju Jitsu, it's actually based on goshin ju Jitsu
I have worked with Mark now for years doing this and we have refined a version we call street ju Jitsu which is a modern day take on some old school martial arts.
This is very much a self defence system.
I call it how to fold up clothes with people still in them!
