I started a few weeks back and i am enjoying every minute. At first i was hesitant as i have had "trial" lessons before with another club and felt very underwhelmed as I was in a massive class so i felt left out and disheartened as the instructor didn't have enough time to help anybody and seemingly focused mostly on his advanced black belts and not showing me the time required to learn. 12 years later after loosing faith and wanting to take up kickboxing as i have always been interested i googled kickboxing in my local area and MC kickboxing came up. After a couple of hesitant days going back and forth i decided to bite the bullet and messaged Mark via whatsapp who was very helpful and informative. he urged me to give it a try without any added pressure which i found to be comforting " his saying is COME DOWN FOR A TRIAL AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK" well after finally trying it and meeting one of the trainers Gaz on my first day and meeting Marks son i instantly messaged mark back to sign up and now have regular lessons twice a week. Although i am new to kickboxing i feel like the level of not only the staff but the people you get to train with is 2nd to none and an invaluable resource of help,knowledge and passion which is the best I've experienced and everyone is very friendly they all want to see you succeed and are happy to help you. no questions to mark are "silly" he will happily answer any questions you may have about anything to put your mind at peace. so if you're think of joining do yourself a MASSIVE favour and contact mark and team today you won't be disappointed.

My 9yr old absolutely loves going. He can't wait to get into class and comes out smiling. He's thrown himself into it now and is committed to advancing with the great training. It would be nice to be able to see more of what they do.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have three kids enrolled at MC Kickboxing, and the experience has been amazing! The coaches are patient, motivating, and really know how to connect with kids of all ages. Not only have our children learned great kickboxing skills, but their confidence, focus, and discipline have improved so much. They look forward to every class, and it’s wonderful to see them active, happy, and learning in such a positive environment. We couldn’t recommend MC Kickboxing more highly!

I had to get my lad there kicking and screaming. He refused to go. We have had 4 sessions now and each time he comes home on a massive high. He plays football almost every day of the week and this has been a really good addition to his activities. He bounces through the door after kickboxing, he doesn’t get that from football! Seeing a few of the lads there who are a bit older than my son and who have been there a few years, I can see how well Mannered and disciplined they are. Excellent opportunity for anyone in the area. Great experience so far.

My son started at MC Kickboxing a few months ago and he's really enjoying himself. His fitness has improved, he's made new friends and has learnt some great techniques. As he struggles with his confidence I did worry if he would enjoy it, but Mark, his children and the whole team are all super friendly and have made him feel comfortable and confident there. I would definitely recommend!

My young teenage daughter has been training at MC Kickboxing for around 18 months. The standard of training is 2nd to none. She absolutely loves it. Mark is a 1st class teacher/trainer expecting the best from each attendee thus the high standard. My older son was impressed when dropping off his younger sister so he has now enrolled. He has studied various martial arts & mentioned Mark/the owner was an awesome trainer. Highly recommended.

My daughter has been attending classes at MC Kickboxing for around 18 months. The level of teaching is second to none. She's made fantastic progress & enjoys the classes immensely. My son has many various martial arts classes over the years & decided to attend as he was impressed by the teaching when dropping off my daughter. He's very impressed by Mark's knowledge & high level of training. He said his class was intense & he learned a lot. I think both will be attending for some time to come.

My Daughter Kate joined McKickboxing a while back after I told her it would be a great way to build her confidence. And it has done that and more. Thank you to Mark , his family and the whole team Not only did they take there time with Kate in tne beginning and have patience whilst she found her feet the club made her feel very welcome with open arms showing her loads of support. Now a few months later and a few belts later and Kate has shown a massive difference. Its great to see her have so much passion about something. So a huge thank you to Mark.

I can’t say enough about how highly I rate this club. My twins have been going for 6 years, with one having a 12 month break and going back. M C kickboxing has trained them from children to young adults and has provided much more than a weekly kick boxing session, so much more than I had even realised until my daughter was training for her black belt and then her first fight. Mark, Helen and the instructors provide a disciplined, fun, competitive and caring environment with the best training and support and opportunities to compete for those that want to. It was definitely the best thing I got my kids into and would 100% recommend anybody else to do the same

My son has just achieved his 1st Dan black belt in kickboxing with Mark and the team …. And I couldn’t be more proud . He has been coached and guided not only in kickboxing skills but has been mentored to develop many transferable skills going forward into adulthood . His confidence has grown enormously . My son joined in the last 12 months . He was suffering from low self esteem and a lot of anger. Mark and his team have been fantastic support and guidance he loves it . The other club members are great and the comradeship is brill . He fought for the first time this weekend and loved it. Myself and my daughters have joined the ladies session . Always hard work but great fun. Recommend this club highly .

My Daughter has been eagerly awaiting turning 4 so that she could attend a class. She went to her first trial session and absolutely loved it. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with super friendly professional people that made us both feel super comfortable. This meant Indie could enjoy her first class without worrying about not knowing anyone or the normal scary first bits! She’s counting down the days till her next visit !

I joined MC Kickboxing, along with my son and daughter. I had an introduction to the lead instructor, Mark and also his two sons. It's a well run family club that has a welcoming atmosphere. That being said if you've come to train hard then when the class starts you'll love it. There are people of varying levels, abilities and confidence. so you can train however you want. I've really enjoyed the technical sessions and sparring. My daughter enjoys the technique sessions and my son us really growing in confidence. There are even interclub and competitions against other clubs. it's a brilliant club and I'd highly recommend.

My 2 sons have been attending for over a year. Originally once a week but they are enjoying it so much they have now begun to go twice. Great team of instructors that make it an enjoyable for them. My lads tell me what they do each lesson and it would seem there is a lot of variety which I think helps keep them so interested. Highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful club that defines community and family ethos. I joined in 2017 with my then 5 year old son and have learned so much from the fantastic instructors. I have met some brilliant, talented and supportive people who I can now call good friends. Through times of troubles when I couldn’t keep up the commitment I was encouraged and guided not just in my kickboxing journey but also in life. I can’t thank you enough. Brilliantly run family focused club with some highly talented instructors of all ages, I’ve never felt out of place and it’s perfect for people from all walks of life catering for all abilities. Friends and family it’s a great life skill I can’t recommend highly enough .

Such a fabulous club! Mark and all the instructors are amazing, so friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable about this great sport. My youngest son has attended for 4 years and his older brother joined 6 months ago and they both absolutely love going to training. I joined the ladies class 3 years ago and for someone who finds exercise a dirty word I was proved very wrong - it’s great fun with great company, learning a new skill and feeling fitter and healthier. Cannot recommend MC Kickboxing enough.

OK. I'm a 47 Yr old male. 23 stone, fitness not the best. I got talking to Mark about fitness and life. He told me to come and have a go. Keep fit can't do me any harm. I was made welcome to the club and they know how far to push me. I have been with the club 3 months and I feel fitter than I have ever felt.

We can't thank the team enough for the support and encouragement they give her! Even throughout the lockdowns, they kept the kids engaged and training at home. Theu really do put so much effort into everything they do!

My son started kick boxing. And loves it. We went to the Xmas party to show our support to my sons club. Good night I might add. I got talking to Mark, he said about me having a go. Nothing too heavy, light training keep fit. Ye right. Worst thing he could have done. Now he can't keep me away. Awesome instructors, they take everyone's needs into consideration. I'm 23 stone big lad. Can't wait for Tuesdays to come round. Life's too short. Keep fit!

Wow, what a great club full of absolutely amazing instructors and students. My ‘spirited’ 6-year-old twins thoroughly enjoy being part of the team and have shown promising signs of improvement in both their behaviour and physical ability in just a few months. The balance of fun whilst training is fantastic, and I cannot thank Mark and his team enough for all their hard work
