Yes - we offer a trial session for you to come into the Centre and meet the instructors and ask any questions you may have. These trial sessions are a great way to see how we operate, the format of the classes and what our friendly instructors have to offer. It is important to wear loose-fitting clothing as our trial sessions are active and engaging. Clothing such as jogger bottoms and t-shirts or leggings etc. is ideal. It is essential to feel comfortable and able to move with ease.

The starting age is from 4years old. The Mini Cickers programme is a perfect complement to any child of this age. These classes are based on fun and fitness and the kicks and punches are added in as they become confident enough to get those gloves on!

Yes is the short answer, we will try and accomodate everybody. We will work with the parent/individuals to accomodate them in the classes. 

No, we have a range of classes to suit all ages and abilities. You will be able to work at your own pace and encouraged to work hard. Your fitness will soon improve with time and training.
